Naked truth

I've never been a big fan of taking pictures of babies when they are not wearing anything. Thats because most of the times the subject is embarassed when he/she looks at such pictures after years. This report seems actually funny. I agree the reaction has been a little extreme but when you are hi-tech enough to have your baby's picture on cellphone, you need to at least dress your kid up a la Gandhiji. Right? People need to understand the plight of the babies. Poor them.

You lived near the "Paal booth "in K.K. Nagar? I was a regular visitor to the Ulya Tea stall.

I agree with you. The photograph would be an embarassment to the grown up boy or girl and now the law has embarassed the parents too. When we spell photography wrongly we run the risk of slipping into pornography, should not be careful with our photography?

Poor customs officials. They have to deal with such weirdos and they probably got reprimanded.

All those sardarji jokes suddenly seem real.

Thank you Casement. I corrected it.
Rajesh, we moved from KKNagar to Ashok Nagar long ago but since I went to school in KKNagar, I know all the areas well even now.
TTM, 78 it is. Smart!:-)
I agree Mahadevan.
I, in this case it happens to be a Sardarji. I am sure many parents, across cultures, have nude pics of their babies.
Ginkgo, I've never heard of naked burritos. My fav is 7-layer burrito from tacobell.

In the olden days of chennai DD, a Vetti officer wrote to Ediroli demanding that they read out the full address of viewers instead of saying "ippadiyaaga KK Nagar-il irundhu ABC ezhudhugiraar. Yen Sir, namma chennaila kooda oru KK Nagar irukke!!".
Of course he didnt know that few years later, Abdul Hameed would read the entire address in reverse!
