Bossy Aussie

I don't know how many got to watch this. This is unbelievable. Would someone teach the Australian cricketers some manners?

What is the big deal though. People have a right to be mannerless. Why is "manners" presumed to be the de facto state.

Pawar was Powerless in the podium. He shd have just kept the trophy on the floor and asked Ponting to pick it up from there.

After all you need our man to coach you, seems to be the attitude.

that was a hilarious incident. aussie cricketers have lived up to their reputation as brats of the cricketing world. i guess the ones who are to hand over trophies to teams would be scared like from now on :P

First of all it was stupid of Pawar to stand there smiling after he gave the trophy.Anybody would want to celebrate. I would nt blame Martyn much but I would certainly blame Ponting for the gestures he did while asking for the trophy.

There was so much about this in the news. First time I am seeing it.

Stupid guys. I guess the non-stop winning has made them cockier. Can't wait for the day when they start getting their butts kicked.

I, enna big deal kekkaraya? Ennattha solla unakku?
TTM, thats all they could come up with - A Martyn pinata? Dharna in front of the consulate, effigies anybody?;-)
Rajesh, that would've made Pawar a smart guy. Too bad he didnt do that.
Mahadevan Sir, with all due respect to Chappell for his achievements as a cricketer, I think he hasn't done anything significant as a coach. We are not even winning as much as we did under Wright.
Inder, thats true Inder. Its not gonna be an honourable thing to do from now on.
Vinod, I'd blame Ponting too. That was definitely more offensive.
Bubby, I dont know who laughed. And all Mandira could talk about was how elated Aussies would be. And Charu Sharma...losers!!
Syam, purpose a veraya idhu? Kashtam! All the more idiotic.
MT, thats right. Sharad Pawar react ey pannala to our surprise. Wonder what went on in his mind.
Anon 1 and 2, welcome.:-)

Success has indeed changed the Aussies team...I wonder whether they know the spelling of Humility. I think Punter deserves a serious nose cut...

The next time the world cup happens in Australia, the winners should snap their fingers to summon the Australian PM (or whichever famous Australian hands over the trophy), and ask him to give them "the trophy quick, stupid bugger!" That might give them a taste of their own inexcusable behaviour. I admire courage, but I can never tolerate indecency.
